BST Concierge is owned and operated by Knoxville natives.  It's just our nature to serve you with a helpful enthusiasm that is commonly found among the locals.

A la carte, packaged hours, and annual service agreements are available for private individuals as well as corporate/group accounts.

Lisa Petree is owner and president
of Buy Some Time Concierge, LLC.

Her professional career includes 16 years of customer service and professional administrative assistance.   Lisa’s telephone skills are groomed so well, you’ll think she’s one of those automated systems.    Lisa is also a certified wedding coordinator.  “If you can organize a wedding, you can plan just about anything,” says Lisa.

Tim Petree is a partner,
personally and professionally, with Lisa. 

Together they parent 3 children, several pets, and a host of neighborhood kids who show up to skate or play basketball.
Tim’s background is in video production and marketing.  He has more than 25 years experience writing, producing and directing television projects.  “Being a concierge is much like producing a show,” Tim says.  “Both involve thinking on your feet and being willing to help out in an instant.”
