Before The First Visit
We require one supervised play session with your pet before agreeing to provide pet sitting services. This “shake and sniff” appointment is free, and it is the key to your pet having a low-stress experience in your absence. The whole process usually takes about 30 minutes.
We will exchange important information regarding your pets and how to contact each other while they are in our care. This is also an opportunity for any special instructions regarding your home, yard, or vehicles while you are away.
