Overview of our Services
To ensure the quality of your experience, we have set up our terms of service for our mutual benefit. If you violate these rules it will mean you’ve broken the terms of service which may result in us terminating our working relationship. Before taking that final step, BST Concierge and your virtual assistant will try to work with you to ensure that everything goes smoothly, regardless of the situation.
Service plans and tasks are non-transferable. You cannot re-sell or give away tasks on your plan, but you are more than welcome to buy a plan as a gift for someone. Your BST Concierge account is also non-transferable; you cannot transfer ownership of your account to another person.
No End Runs: Any agreement or attempted agreement between client and a virtual assistant, in connection with a service contract, requiring that payment be made outside of BST CONCIERGE shall constitute a material breach of this agreement and be subject to cancellation without refund.
Concierge Requests & Tasks
Each concierge request (task or projects) must be submitted by either phone, email or through the BST Concierge web site. Please send your requests individually. Each communication you have with your assistant should contain only one task or project. If you have multiple tasks or projects, please send them in separate emails. This will ensure accurate tracking, effective project management, and the fastest possible fulfillment for each request.

While it’s not an exhaustive list, it should give you an idea of what virtual assistance tasks we’re able to accomplish and what falls outside of our scope of work. Agreeing to these terms of service means you understand and agree to keep your tasks and projects within the scope of our concierge tasks or projects.
Sometimes requests for certain projects require an expert third-party vendor. Costs associated with all third-party services will be explained in advance by BST Concierge and the virtual assistant. The choice to continue with the project, and the financial responsibility for third-party services, are solely the customer’s.
No Guarantee or Warranty
There is no warranty on any of the information, tasks, or projects your virtual assistant completes for you. We will do our best to provide the most accurate, most effective information available. However, if our best efforts produce information or results that are wrong, BST Concierge will not be held liable for inaccuracies or the results of transactions based on the information.
If you choose, you can cancel at anytime with no additional fees or hassle. Your beginning month of service will be fully refunded if you cancel within the first 14 days. If you cancel after that, we will not charge you for the following month. You can finish the balance of the month with us, but we won’t be able to refund you at that point. If you’ve signed up through Paypal you can cancel through Paypal’s recurring payment dashboard. If you’ve signed up via credit card just email your assistant or email@example.com and ask us to cancel your account.
Termination of Service
We here at BST Concierge reserve the right to terminate the service of a client at any time – for any reason. That means that rarely, and under extreme circumstances, we may end our relationship with a client for any number of reasons, including but not limited to the following:
A. If the client is constantly requesting tasks and/or projects outside the scope of their service plan and we’re unable to find a solution by scaling back the requests.
B. If the client is abusive to his/her assistant or any other BST Concierge team member.
C. If the client has made a material breach of contract as described in these terms of service.
D. If the client is found to have caused BST Concierge, its agents, officers, employees, independent contractors, or third-party vendors to engage in illegal or unethical behaviors.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, I agree that during my membership and for a period of twelve (12) months immediately following the termination of my relationship with the Company for any reason, whether voluntary or involuntary, with or without cause, I will not directly or indirectly solicit any BST Concierge employees to leave their employment at BST Concierge.
